The content of 36 self-study courses is offered at no charge. From the "Free Course
List," select a "Start Course" button and register when prompted to access the course
content. Exams and credit are not available when taking courses for free.
ERIDLC Credentials
You may purchase courses to earn one of our credentials, either the Compensation
Analyst Credential (CAC) or the Compensation Committee Certification (CCC). Earn 20 HRCI
and SHRM recertification credits simultaneously at no additional cost.
Recertification and Continuing Education Credit
Start learning about compensation, refresh your knowledge and skills, or dive deeper into
a variety of total rewards topics and gain up to 60 HRCI or SHRM recertification credits
while doing so. HRCI and SHRM recertification credits may be earned simultaneously.
WorldatWork recertification and NASBA continuing education credits are also available.
