ERI Salary Surveys has released its 2014 collection of compensation surveys for the United States and Canada. These are traditional salary surveys, reporting participant data gathered during the present and prior year (October 2013 to March 2014), complemented by two additional sections of data for comparison purposes. The result is up to three survey sources per benchmark job.

Surveys typically include more than 100 benchmark jobs, from support staff to executive positions. In addition to market-based pay data – annual salary, incentive/variable pay, and total direct annual compensation shown in means, medians, and percentiles – each benchmark position includes a job description, a graph with a trend line and data points, and the Selected Characteristics of the Occupation (optional). The sample page below is provided to illustrate the format for each benchmark job.

From the All Manufacturing Salary Survey to the All Nonprofits Salary Survey, our surveys cover a wide range of industries and nonprofit sectors. Industries include transportation, utilities, retail, energy and mining, gaming, health care, and wholesale, to name a few.

Survey information is solicited via mail, email, and online questionnaires. Each data submission is thoroughly screened by our team of experienced researchers prior to inclusion in a survey. No attempt is made to alter incumbent data as reported other than to normalize collected compensation amounts to a common date.

Surveys range in price from $489 to $789 and may be purchased online at http://salary-surveys.erieri.com. All 2014 U.S. surveys are available with national or regional results. The reports are delivered as a PDF or hardcopy document (with an additional printing and shipping charge applied).
