There’s still time to participate in ERI Salary Surveys collection of industry and job function compensation surveys for the United States and Canada. We are extending the submission deadline to April 12, 2013, for all of our compensation surveys as well as the Benefits in Nonprofit Organizations report.
ERI conducts more than 125 compensation surveys encompassing both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Each survey typically includes approximately 100 benchmark jobs ranging from support staff to executive positions. Our compensation surveys range in price from $489 to $689 and may be purchased on a national or statewide basis (US). Canadian surveys report national average. Survey results will be released in August 2013.
The Benefits in Nonprofit Organizations survey includes information on medical, prescription, and dental costs, and also provides data on life/disability benefits, retirement plan practices, paid leave, and other benefits such as executive perquisites. Data provided in this survey give nonprofit organizations an inexpensive resource to compare current benefit offerings to those of other nonprofit organizations throughout the US. Data are reported by organization scope, activity area, geographic region, and organization size. Results will be available in July 2013.
Survey participants receive a complimentary copy of the survey’s Executive Summary and a 50% discount on the purchase of the full survey results. Participation in all applicable surveys is welcome. ERI Assessor subscribers are encouraged to participate in any applicable survey to receive the results for free (PDF version). Survey questionnaires may be accessed through the Platform Library. Participant discounts do not apply to Assessor subscriptions. By participating in our compensation surveys, you not only strengthen the data in the surveys, but also contribute to the quality of our Assessor Series data sets.
